Somatoemotional Release (SER) is a technique that builds off of CST. This technique allows for the client to connect with their body in a deeper way and build a stronger intuitive sense. The body is naturally self healing and overtime, due to injury, stress, abuse, trauma, and emotional pain, we can become disconnected from ourselves which can lead to all kinds of dysfunction in our lives. This session can help to shift and release repressed emotions and memories to improve overall quality of life.

The Somatic Ceremony is an intention session to connect with mind, body, and spirit and uses elements of Craniosacral Therapy, massage, Reiki and Shamanic drumming and is a great way to come into alignment and honor yourself and your cycles.
